Fresher hiring for Telecaller

As a Tele Caller, you will play an essential role in connecting with customers and promoting our products and services. This full-time position requires you to be proactive and articulate while handling calls in a friendly and professional manner. You'll be working from our office located on Gokul Road.

Key Responsibilities:

- Making Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential customers to introduce our offerings and generate interest in our products.

- Providing Information: Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing details to help customers understand how our services can meet their needs.

- Handling Queries: Answer any questions or concerns from customers promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.

- Updating Customer Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback to ensure efficient follow-ups.

- Achieving Targets: Work towards achieving daily and monthly calling targets to contribute to the team’s overall goals.
