If you have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a customer-centric approach, we encourage you to apply.Job Summary:As a Ticket Booking, Hotel Booking, and Visa Inquiry Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and processing ticket bookings, hotel reservations, and visa inquiries.Key Responsibilities:- Issue tickets, visas, and hotel bookings to passengers for retail and B2C customers- Manage reservations, including processing phone and email bookings, and confirming waitlisted seats- Provide customer service, answering questions about travel arrangements, visa inquiries, and hotel booking inquiries- Manage GDS queues, tracking PNRS, schedule changes, and canceled messages from airlines- Invoice tickets, ensuring payment collection- Collaborate with team members to improve the ticketing process- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactionsRequired Skills:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in computer applications and ticketing software- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Good organizational skills and relationship skills- Good computer and written skillsWork Details:- Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM- Working Days: Monday to Saturday- Location: Kamla Road and VesuTo apply, please submit your resume and cover letter at the earliest.
