job summary:

as a ticket booking, hotel booking, and visa inquiry executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and processing ticket bookings, hotel reservations, and visa inquiries.

key responsibilities:

- issue tickets, visas, and hotel bookings to passengers for retail and b2c customers

- manage reservations, including processing phone and email bookings, and confirming waitlisted seats

- provide customer service, answering questions about travel arrangements, visa inquiries, and hotel booking inquiries

- manage gds queues, tracking pnrs, schedule changes, and canceled messages from airlines

- invoice tickets, ensuring payment collection

- collaborate with team members to improve the ticketing process

- maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions

required skills:

- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- proficiency in computer applications and ticketing software

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

work details:

- working hours: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

- working days: monday to saturday
