Job Description:- To coordinate with Sales Team / agencies for Tour Packages, hotel booking, airline booking, etc. Knowledge of tourist destinations within India. Making Itineraries and costing for above destinations. Processing flight and hotel booking with necessary documents for tour packages. Will have to maintain record of hotels and flights. Liaising with sales agents in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements. Issuing relevant documents time wise itinerary, meal charts & vouchers Develop promotional materials and create customized itineraries Researching destination, maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and developments in order to remain competitive Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner Meet or exceed organisational goals and objectives Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly work report Skills required:- Proven experience in operations role from Tour Operator or Travel Agency , DMC (Destination Management Company) background. Excellent communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and also in a team environment Creative problem solving and decision-making skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines Self-motivated with strong work ethic Pleasant Personality Excellent Team Player
