Summary:Handle Sales target and looking after the overall operation of the centreKRA-Maximize sales performance to achieve given revenue targets (self and branch)-Generate new business via sales promotions, out-marketing calls and presentations and in-branch contacts-Participate actively in branch sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets-Ensure transactions are processed with a high level of accuracy and commitment in order tosatisfy customer needs-Monitor customer satisfaction survey ratings, feedback ratings taken from customers andensure continuous improvement if below bench mark, sustain and better quality service-Find ways to improve operational efficiency and control costs to meet cost budgets-Encourage others to work in effective and efficient manner

Profile Team LeaderRoles and Responsibilities:- Candidates should have experience of Team Handling/Sales/KPIs Ability to perform multi tasks and adjust quickly in short timeframes. Demonstrated ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels. Problem solving skills. Give timely and real time feedback with a view towards improving Operational and individual efficiency Knowledge of operational process, logical thinking, reporting and analysis. Results orientation. Provide feedback, training sessions ad other team development exercise.Desired Candidate Profile:- Candidate must be comfortable to work in night shifts and work from office. Looking candidate from International background only. Must possess strong communication, interpersonal, Sales experience and influencing skills. Must be analytical and detail oriented. Should have handled a team of 15-20 FTEs.Shift Time Evening 9.00pm to Morning 6.00am.Week Off- Alternarte Saturday's & All Sunday's - Fixed off
