roles and responsibilities:-

• candidates should have experience of team handling/sales/kpis

• ability to perform multi tasks and adjust quickly in short timeframes.

• demonstrated ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels.

• problem solving skills.

• give timely and real time feedback with a view towards improving operational and individual efficiency

• knowledge of operational process, logical thinking, reporting and analysis.

• results orientation.

• provide feedback, training session’s ad other team development exercise.

desired candidate profile:-

• candidate must be comfortable to work in night shifts and work from office.

• looking candidate from international background only.

• must possess strong communication, interpersonal, sales experience and influencing skills.

• must be analytical and detail oriented.

• should have handled a team of 15-20 ftes.

week off- alternarte saturday's & all sunday's - fixed off
