Train and support teachers of various schools in the implementation of the above resources in their respective schools. Train teachers on pedagogy through continuous hand-holding to resolve their ongoing challenges and concerns.Desired Candidate Profile- For both Pre-primary and Primary levels SMEs must have In-depth knowledge of the subject they specialize in. They should be able to explain difficult concepts in a way that is easy to understand for learners must have strong writing skills to create engaging and effective learning materials. They should be able to write clear and concise age-appropriate content that is easy to understand. Strong research skills with innovative and creative ideas for designing and delivering teaching and learning resources. Ability to collaborate with other team members. Ability to work with technology with a good understanding of MS office and other e-learning platforms. Attention to detail to ensure that the teaching and learning resources are error-free and meet the required standards.
