Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and design storyboards that align with learning objectives, scripts, and instructional strategies. Collaborate with subject matter experts and designers to visualize scenarios, user journeys, and course flows. Translate textual content or scripts into visual narratives defining frames, scenes, characters, transitions, and mood. Work closely with animators, motion designers, and developers to ensure consistency between storyboards and final outputs. Develop visual prototypes and mock-ups using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Figma. Ensure brand consistency and pedagogical coherence across all visual content. Adapt visual styles for various platforms (web, mobile, and LMS environments). Stay updated on emerging visual storytelling trends, animation techniques, and learning experience design (LXD) practices.Required Skills & Experience Bachelors degree in Design, Animation, Media Arts, or related field. 24 years of experience creating storyboards for educational content, animation, or digital media. Proficiency in design and visualization tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Figma, or Storyboard Pro. Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, narrative flow, composition, and pacing. Experience collaborating with instructional designers and media production teams. Ability to translate abstract educational or technical ideas into engaging visuals. Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.Preferred Skills Experience in EdTech, e-learning, or interactive media production. Knowledge of motion graphics, UX/UI principles, or game-based learning. Familiarity with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Vyond, or Adobe Captivate. Understanding of learning design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and visual pedagogy.
