Provide product information and answer customer inquiries to enhance their shopping experience. Actively promote and sell GO DESi products to meet or exceed sales targets. Implement promotional activities and campaigns to boost sales and attract foot traffic as planned. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts. Coordinate with the supply chain team to replenish stock as needed. Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies. Maintain an attractive and well-organised kiosk display to showcase products effectively. Implement merchandising strategies to highlight promotional items and new arrivals. Ensure that the kiosk is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times. Communicate any issues or challenges faced at the kiosk to the relevant stakeholders. Requirements: Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
