RECRUITER (0-2 YEARS) Looking for Recruiter with 0 to 2 years of experience. Good communication skills. Need to understand the Job description (JD) Sourcing, Screening & shortlisting the CV's as per the JD's Attracting highly qualified candidates through Internal Databases, Job Portals, Social Media. Screen applications, conducting telephone based interviews to evaluate and summarize relevant skills and experience. Coordinate with clients for scheduling the candidate interviews and updating tracker. Note: Freshers who are interested to work in Recruitment may also apply.
