As a Production Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process at our facility in Dumdum, Kolkata. Your key responsibilities will include supervising a team of production workers, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will also be expected to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process and implement strategies to improve productivity.To excel in this role, you should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential qualities for a successful Production Incharge. While prior experience in a similar role is beneficial, we are open to considering candidates who are recent 12th Pass graduates and eager to learn and grow in the manufacturing industry.

A Production Operator is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the production process. This includes coordinating with various departments to ensure the timely and efficient production of goods. Responsibilities:- Documenting production processes, including recording data and maintaining accurate records- Production planning control, ensuring that production targets are met and schedules are adhered to- Handling manpower, assigning tasks to workers and ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
