Duties/Responsibilities:Assists manager in efforts to reach profit, performance, and customer service goals.Oversees banking services, especially customer service, to ensure excellence; contacts or assists customers and prospective customers.Reviews and manages staffing procedures, ensuring that staff assignments and responsibilities are reasonable, and that salary structure is equitable.Coordinates communication with branch staff.Works to meet branch performance standards including operating loss control, bank secrecy, and compliance with policies and procedures.Oversees and assists with the preparation of all branch reports for approval by manager.Attends and participates in periodic staff meetings.Manages branch operations when manager is absent.Performs other related duties as assigned.

Sales Executive - will have to represent the company by being in various city for sales, marketing and appoitment of distributors in various city. More over he/she will have to coordinate the supply chain and will have to take followup with payments as well.

Roles & Responsibilities: Must have at least 6 months of experience in sales (Agriculture industry preferred) You will directly interact with dealers/distributors Get dealers/distributors to register and use the Shoption app, Generate sales of Argo Machinery products and other products available on Shoptions platform Maintain good relations with customers Coordinate with operations teams and finance team after sale generation Make note of the feedback, incident, etc. and convey to make improvements in the company Must have experience in meeting target on daily or weekly basisRequirement: Must have experience minimum 6 months of experience in Field Sale MBA in Marketing Good communication and presentable Should be passionate about sales and making new connections. Should have own conveyance (2-wheeler), driving license and be willing to travel.
