Develop and manage an efficient distribution/ Retailers network to improve sales performance. Become a SPOC between Distributors and Dealers. Be able to visit retail counters to market different range of products Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends. Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence. Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.Desired profile:Qualification: Bachelors Degree in any field. Post-Graduation in Sales & Marketing and formal education in Electricals will be an added advantage but not mandatory. Industry: Switches, Wires, Cables, LED, Switchgear Experience: 2-10 Years.Skills: Excellent Communication, Active Listening, Negotiation Skills, Critical Thinking, etc.
