position: sales executive/ senior sales executive/ assistant manager/ territory sales incharge/ territory sales officer/ sales officer/ senior sales officer

responsibilities: -

• develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.

• develop and manage an efficient distribution/ retailers network to improve sales performance.

• become a spoc between distributors and dealers.

• be able to visit retail counters to market different range of products

• conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.

• provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.

• develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.

desired profile:

qualification: bachelor’s degree in any field. post-graduation in sales & marketing and formal education in electricals will be an added advantage but not mandatory.

industry: switches, wires, cables, led, switchgear

experience: 2-10 years.

skills: excellent communication, active listening, negotiation skills, critical thinking, etc.
