Responsibilities:Leadership and Team Management:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals engaged in trading, asset management, and wealth management.Foster a positive and collaborative team culture to drive productivity and achievement of team goals.Performance Monitoring and Analysis:Oversee the team's performance metrics and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement.Analyze trading strategies, asset allocation, and wealth management practices to enhance overall team performance.Strategic Planning:Collaborate with the management to develop and implement strategic plans for trading, asset management, and wealth creation.Stay abreast of market trends and industry developments to align team strategies accordingly.Client Engagement:Interact with clients to understand their investment goals and risk tolerance.Provide guidance on suitable investment strategies and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:

1. Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations2. Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers preferences3. Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it4. Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis5. Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations6. Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases7. It would be best if you have interest in stock market and some prior knowledge. Trading analysts study stock market activity, execute trades, and monitor and analyze trade activity on behalf of us. This job will mainly revolve around strategizing and executing the trades in stock market. We will train and provide knowledge for the basics in initial days.Interview will be in 3 phases:1. Submission of Resume & a telephonic round which will help us understand the candidate.2. Meeting Round : Here an interview will be taken in our office and a small test will be conducted to know the mathematical , logical reasoning and analytical ability of the candidate.3. If you clear the above two rounds then there will be a three day training and practical round where you will mock trade ( not actual money)4. If the candidate clears the third round and due diligence is complete( documents ), then the candidate is hired.
