Relationship BuildingMaintain strong relationships with retail partners, supermarket chains, wholesalers, and key accounts.Handle negotiations, large-volume orders, and long-term sales agreements.5. Reporting & DocumentationDaily reporting of sales calls, order status, and field updates.Maintain MIS reports, sales forecasting, market feedback, and business analysis.6. Team CollaborationWork closely with the production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth delivery.Coordinate with management for marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and branding activities.Skills & Qualifications27 years of experience in Sales (Beverage, Water, Liquor, FMCG preferred).Strong knowledge of distribution network, retail markets, and channel sales.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Must be target-driven with strong field sales orientation.Should have a two-wheeler for field visits.
