Position: Airline Ground Staff

Salary Range: ₹4,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 per year

Job Responsibilities

Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage services.

Issue boarding passes and provide flight-related information.

Handle passenger queries, requests, and complaints professionally.

Assist with baggage check-in, collection, and related issues.

Coordinate with airport security, airline teams, and ground-handling staff.

Guide passengers to boarding gates and other airport facilities.

Assist elderly passengers and passengers requiring special assistance.

Support flight arrivals and departures to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain passenger records and complete required documentation.

Follow airline safety, security, and customer-service procedures.

Eligibility

Minimum 10+2 / equivalent qualification.

Good communication and customer-service skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to work under pressure and in a team.

Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: ₹4 LPA - ₹8 LPA, depending on the airline, experience, location, and applicable allowances.
