Key Responsibilities: QMS Implementation & Maintenance: Develop, implement, and monitor QMS policies, procedures, and documentation as per ISO 9001 and industry-specific standards. Process Control: Ensure process audits, inspections, and corrective actions are carried out to maintain quality in brass production processes. Internal & External Audits: Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits; facilitate external audits (certification, customer, or regulatory). Customer Quality Assurance: Address customer complaints, coordinate root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Training & Awareness: Conduct QMS training and awareness sessions for employees at all levels to foster a culture of quality. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for reducing defects, improving yield, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and customer-specific quality requirements; prepare management review reports.

We are looking for a Production & Quality Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure product quality at our Jamnagar facility.
