Production & Quality Manager (Male)

We are looking for a Production & Quality Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure product quality at our Jamnagar facility. The ideal candidate will have a diploma and experience ranging from 8 years down to fresh graduates willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

- Production Oversight: Manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, maximizing the output while maintaining quality standards.

- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control systems to ensure that products meet required standards and specifications.

- Team Management: Lead and support production staff, providing training and guidance to enhance skills and improve performance.

- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in production processes and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

- Reporting: Prepare and present production and quality reports to upper management, offering insights and recommendations based on findings.

- Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
