Would be responsible for : - Research and Development of Agro-chemical surfactants development.Testing of Chemicals in agriculture industry.Testing of Surfactants / Chemicals in agriculture Formulation and development of agrochemical surfactant products, optimizing their properties Assist the quality control department in evaluating product quality and ensuring compliance with specifications.Address quality-related issues and participate in root cause analysis.Ensure that all R&D activities adhere to regulatory requirements and safety standards.Support regulatory submissions and documentation when necessary.Work closely with fellow R&D team members, including chemists, scientists, and technicians.Manage laboratory supplies and chemicals, ensuring an adequate stock for research activitiesKeep detailed records of experiments, procedures, and observations in laboratory notebooks.
