**We Are Hiring Fabrication Quality Head - Alwar**We are looking for an experienced **Fabrication Quality Head** to lead quality operations at our **heavy fabrication shop in Alwar**. **Key Responsibilities** Lead quality for heavy fabrication operations (laser cutting, bending, welding) Resolve existing welding issues and upgrade welding processes Train welders, track welding parameters, and develop skill matrices Handle **customer audits, third-party inspections, and PDI** Establish strong **in-house quality standards** and ensure smooth handover to clients Supervise the quality team and manage customer communication **Requirements** Welding Engineer (or equivalent qualification) **10-15 years of hands-on experience** in heavy fabrication / construction equipment / similar industries Strong expertise in welding processes and fabrication quality Experience in **customer handling, audits, and team supervision** **Location:** Alwar **Salary:** 35,000 - 60,000 per month (based on experience & skills)If you know someone suitable, feel free to **tag or share** this opportunity.

Must have the experience to read the engineering drawing ( first angle & third angle) Must have to understand the manufacturing process operations. Must Have to understand the bill of material & selection of process. Responsible for ISO & safety activities. Responsible for in process & final quality. Able to handle 4-5 staff under him. Responsible for customer complaints & CAPA. Must have the knowledge of standard for welding, machining tolerance. Willing to work extra hours if needed.Diploma/BE/B tech( Mechanical),

1. Mandatory experience in Product inspection (Visual & Dimensional)2. Hands-on experience in Aluminum Die Casting (PDC / GDC) & Machining products commodity3. Hands-on experience in measuring instruments handling like (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Attribute gauges, Fixture etc.)4. Depth understanding of Quality standards; inspection reports; Quality Plan.5. Prepares paperwork and reports documenting inspection findings.6. Ability to read blueprints/Drawings.7. Excellent Team Handling Experience - Min team size of 30 Nos.8. Getting the monthly production plan from the client and planning the team deployment accordingly. 9. Monitoring Daily/monthly MIS reports circulation to clients for both In-house and QRE activities.10. Align the Quality norms in all four regions of the Customer plant with the India team.11. Periodic review of Dock Audit NC closure and effectiveness monitoring.12. To conduct periodic associate evaluations to ensure the monitoring of the skill effectiveness.13. Preparation of standards, procedures, Quality alerts, skill matrix, and corrective action report, etc.14. Monitoring of internal and external customer complaint action closure.15. Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments16. Encourage creativity and risk-taking17. Suggest and organize team-building activities18. Depth understanding of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 requirements. 19. OEM/Tire-1 customer handling/ Customer relationship.20. Having Problem-solving skills - 7 QC tools, 8D, etc.21. Audit and witness the process as per standards/reports.22. Monitoring of Implemented QMS23. Good written & verbal communication skills24.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PPT to prepare reports.

Maintain and ensure compliance to packaging schedule and assign specific tasks to all employees and monitor all packing equipments and supplies.Coordinate with quality and warehouse departments to monitor everyday activities of units and ensure efficient working of both manufacturing and packaging department and ensure continuous improvement in same.Develop team environment in department and resolve all packing issues in coordination with quality department.Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levelsMaintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.Maintained Finish Goods Stock
