We Are Hiring Fabrication Quality Head - AlwarWe are looking for an experienced Fabrication Quality Head to lead quality operations at our heavy fabrication shop in Alwar. Key Responsibilities Lead quality for heavy fabrication operations (laser cutting, bending, welding) Resolve existing welding issues and upgrade welding processes Train welders, track welding parameters, and develop skill matrices Handle customer audits, third-party inspections, and PDI Establish strong in-house quality standards and ensure smooth handover to clients Supervise the quality team and manage customer communication Requirements Welding Engineer (or equivalent qualification) 10-15 years of hands-on experience in heavy fabrication / construction equipment / similar industries Strong expertise in welding processes and fabrication quality Experience in customer handling, audits, and team supervision Location: Alwar Salary: 35,000 - 60,000 per month (based on experience & skills)If you know someone suitable, feel free to tag or share this opportunity.

Must have the experience to read the engineering drawing ( first angle & third angle) Must have to understand the manufacturing process operations. Must Have to understand the bill of material & selection of process. Responsible for ISO & safety activities. Responsible for in process & final quality. Able to handle 4-5 staff under him. Responsible for customer complaints & CAPA. Must have the knowledge of standard for welding, machining tolerance. Willing to work extra hours if needed.Diploma/BE/B tech( Mechanical),
