🚨 We Are Hiring | Fabrication Quality Head - Alwar

We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Quality Head to lead quality operations at our heavy fabrication shop in Alwar.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality for heavy fabrication operations (laser cutting, bending, welding)

• Resolve existing welding issues and upgrade welding processes

• Train welders, track welding parameters, and develop skill matrices

• Handle customer audits, third-party inspections, and PDI

• Establish strong in-house quality standards and ensure smooth handover to clients

• Supervise the quality team and manage customer communication

✅ Requirements

• Welding Engineer (or equivalent qualification)

• 10-15 years of hands-on experience in heavy fabrication / construction equipment / similar industries

• Strong expertise in welding processes and fabrication quality

• Experience in customer handling, audits, and team supervision

📍 Location: Alwar

💰 Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹60,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
