We are seeking a Senior Manager Quality to oversee and improve quality assurance processes at our Civil Aerodrome location. The ideal candidate will have between 8 to 13 years of relevant experience and hold a diploma.Key Responsibilities:- Quality Management System Development: Design and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. This ensures that all processes meet the required quality benchmarks.- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within existing processes and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Continuous improvement is crucial for maintaining high-quality standards.- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals to achieve departmental goals. Strong leadership is essential for building a motivated and skilled team.- Auditing and Reporting: Conduct regular audits of quality processes and prepare reports for senior management. This role requires a keen eye for detail to ensure adherence to quality standards.- Training and Development: Develop training programs for staff to promote a culture of quality awareness and compliance. 1. In-Process & Line Quality Control Perform regular, hourly online sampling and visual checks directly on active conveyor belts. Verify critical parameters: fluid absorbency capacity, strip/wing sealing integrity, dimensions, and unit weight. Enforce strict Line Clearance protocols during raw material changeovers and product variant shifts. 2. Documentation & Compliance Management Maintain real-time shop floor QC logs, batch registers, and daily quality shift reports. Ensure operations conform to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards. Track raw material rejection rates and monitor waste management logs.
