Quality Manager - Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to ensure our products meet high-quality standards in Coimbatore, India. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 12 years of experience and a background in quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance Oversight: Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to maintain product quality throughout the production process.

2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

3. Data Analysis: Analyze quality data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks, enabling informed decision-making for better quality outcomes.

4. Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, conducting regular audits and inspections to assess adherence.

5. Customer Liaison: Collaborate with customers to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction remains a priority.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have a degree and several years of experience in quality management. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for collaborating with various teams. A detail-oriented mindset and analytical skills are necessary for data analysis. The candidate should be proactive in problem-solving and capable of driving quality improvement initiatives.
