Hiring Fresher - Quality Control Executive - Coimbatore

1. In-Process & Line Quality Control

Perform regular, hourly online sampling and visual checks directly on active conveyor belts.

Verify critical parameters: fluid absorbency capacity, strip/wing sealing integrity, dimensions, and

unit weight.

Enforce strict Line Clearance protocols during raw material changeovers and product variant

shifts.

2. Documentation & Compliance Management

Maintain real-time shop floor QC logs, batch registers, and daily quality shift reports.

Ensure operations conform to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards.

Track raw material rejection rates and monitor waste management logs.
