Job Summary: The Quality Executive plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of products or services offered by the organization. This position involves developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure products/services meet established standards. Monitor and analyze quality metrics and performance indicators.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and records. Generate regular reports on quality performance, trends, and areas for improvement.Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve quality issues and customer complaints. Collaborate with other departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of quality within the organization.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the organization complies with relevant industry regulations and standards. Stay updated on changes in regulations and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.Supplier Quality Management: Evaluate and monitor the quality of materials and components from suppliers. Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure adherence to quality requirements.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certificationsExperience: 3-4 years of experience in quality management or a related role.
