Job Title : Senior Quality In-ChargeLocation: BangaloreExperience: 5 Years experience in manufacturing and precision engineering industry.Roles & Responsibilities1) Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection of manufactured components.2) Lead and manage the quality inspection team, including work allocation and training.3) Ensure adherence to quality standards, drawings, and customer specifications.4) Implement and maintain quality systems and SOPs.5) Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).6) Coordinate with production, engineering, and stores for quality-related issues.7) Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.8) Monitor rejection, rework, and scrap levels and drive continuous improvement.9) Maintain quality documentation, inspection records, and reports.Qualifications & SkillsDiploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical or related field.Strong knowledge of inspection tools (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, CMM if applicable).Understanding of ISO quality standards (ISO 9001 preferred).Experience in team handling and coordination.Good problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Preferred SkillsExposure to moulds, machining, or industrial components.Knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans (added advantage).Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality functions

Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct site visits and surveys: As a Project Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting regular site visits and surveys to assess the progress and quality of the construction project.2. Prepare detailed project plans: You will be required to create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources allocation, to ensure the successful completion of the project.3. Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders: You will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration throughout the project.5. Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations: It is crucial for a Project Civil Engineer to ensure that all construction activities adhere to the building codes and regulations set forth by the local authorities.Required Skills and Expectations:1. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software: The ideal candidate should have a strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software to create detailed project plans and designs.2. Ensure high level of accuracy with stringent quality measures at every process is defined and measured.Maintain the Incoming of major raw materials to be streamlined as per company requirement.Ensuring quality check of the raw materials and every job during production and approval subjected to clearance from management .Testing of all Raw Materials as per Standards, Maintaining Records & Shade Cards.Discussion with Supervisor for all Discrepency & Improvements Necessary activities and documentation as per ISO 9001 procedure.
