1. Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure adequate product availability for customers.2. Perform regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.3. Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, offering personalized recommendations based on their needs.4. Assist customers with placing orders, processing transactions at the point of sale (POS), and ensuring accurate invoicing.5. Promote products and suggest complementary items (upselling and cross-selling) to enhance sales.6. Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times, including shelves, displays, and aisles.7. Operate the POS system to complete customer transactions, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and handling returns.8. Record daily sales activities and provide regular reports to management on sales performance.9.
