Asking or identifying their investment needs and providing solution with a suitable investment planD. Visiting customer for a presentation and help them for a suitable investment plan2. DIRECT MARKETING CHANNEL:A. Candidates would be responsible to work to work on leads provided by the companyB. Generating business from the leads & from the references.C. Organizing various activities & events for generating leads.D. On prior appointments, visit them for a presentation.3. AGENCY CHANNEL:A. Handling a team of financial advisors.B. With the help of seniors, providing them training with regards to various products and investment plans of the company.C. Coordinating and planning with them at every stage to enhance the business of the company.D. Visiting customers along with team.E. Understanding the need of the client/customer and providing information about the product which is suitable for them.

Profile - Unit ManagerAgency channelCandidate must have two wheeler as it is a field sales job and good communication skills.He or she has to recruit agents or members and give training how to sale insurance products of company.

Work on assigned leads (given by Nationalize Banks) and generate referrals from every visit that's made to customer- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis- Cross sell and up sales Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the customers and as defined by the organization.- Meeting the customers to solicit insurance products based on appointments in the course of daily activities- Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done and provide insurance solutions based on analysis- Strict adherence to organizations policies and processes.- Provide accurate forecasts, updates and requested reports to reporting manager
