Should be able to identify the exact points of assembly beginning and end without ambiguity.Minimise Changeover Time.Study complete movement of goods in the entire production processes and suggest minimizing the wasteful movement.Checking Daily WIP/ Production Output, preparing MIS and presenting to management.Alarming any delays / problems in production and get the solutions done.Implementing Newer Manufacturing Systems, such as KANBAN, LEAN, Just In Time.Analysing Bottlenecks and eliminating them from the system. Working to eliminate WASTE of any type be it man-hours, process or material related, resource related, etc.Achieve overall goal of productivity improvement by implementing best industry practices of Industrial engineering.
