Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing campaigns, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

● Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns, digital marketing strategies, and branding initiatives.

● Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for client meetings and internal reviews.

● Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies.

● Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing,

● Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and digital marketing trends.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
