Key Responsibilities: Learning Welding Techniques: Assist with basic welding tasks and learn various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick welding) under supervision. Fitting & Assembly Support: Help fit and assemble metal components, ensuring they are aligned and securely fastened. Blueprint Familiarization: Learn to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints to assist in the assembly and fitting process. Tool & Equipment Handling: Become familiar with welding machines, grinders, and other fabrication tools. Quality Checks: Assist in inspecting finished components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Safety Awareness: Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment while handling equipment and materials.
