Key Responsibilities:Set up and configure VMC turning machines, ensuring proper tool selection, offsets, and cutting parameters.Read and modify VMC Setting & programs as needed to optimize machining processes while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure compliance with specifications.Identify and resolve machine issues, conduct routine maintenance, and collaborate with maintenance teams for repairs.Follow safety protocols, maintain records of setup parameters, and ensure adherence to company quality standards.Requirements:Male candidates preferredDiploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.0-1 years of experience in VMC turning and VMC operations.Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measuring instruments.Understanding of cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
