Negotiating Contracts and Rates: Handle contract and rate negotiations with clients and candidates to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Job Advertising: Post open positions for bench candidates on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the recruitment, delivery, and account management teams to ensure seamless recruitment operations and timely placements. Maintaining Bench Sales Database: Keep detailed records of bench candidates, job submissions, and placements for internal reporting and performance tracking. Provide Ongoing Support: Assist in candidate on boarding and manage post-placement concerns and feedback. Job Requirements and Skills Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or in a similar role within the IT staffing industry. Skills: o In-depth knowledge of bench sales recruiting processes, including client management and candidate placement. o Strong communication and negotiation skills. o Proficiency in using job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms for candidate sourcing and marketing. o Knowledge of IT technologies and terminology to effectively understand client requirements and candidate skills. o Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision. o Strong time management and organizational skills.
