Opening For OPT Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated OPT Recruiter to join our team in Chirala. As a trainee recruiter, you will play a key role in connecting talented international students with job opportunities in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

- Candidate Sourcing: Search and identify potential candidates on job portals and social media to build a strong talent pool. This involves using effective keywords and strategies to attract quality applicants.

- Resume Screening: Review and analyze resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements. You will filter applications to find those that best fit the employer’s needs.

- Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and employers. This includes communicating details and facilitating a smooth interview process.

- Client Interaction: Communicate with employers to understand their hiring requirements and provide them with the best candidates. Building strong relationships with clients is essential to understand their business needs.

- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and status updates in our database. Documentation is critical to ensure proper tracking and follow-up.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with candidates and clients.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail to evaluate resumes accurately and follow up on tasks efficiently.

This is a full-time position and requires working from the office. Candidates with 0-2 years of experience are welcome, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates.
