Learning best practices in candidate sourcing, client relationship management, and sales techniques. Becoming proficient in using the company's CRM system, job boards, and other recruitment tools. Understanding industry-specific terminology and technologies. Gaining exposure to the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to placement and follow-up.
