Job Duties:
Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
Maintaining and updating the candidate database (CRM) with accurate and detailed information. Ensuring data integrity and organization.
Preparing candidate profiles (summaries of skills and experience) for submission to clients.
Assisting in the process of marketing candidates to client companies.
Observing experienced recruiters during candidate calls, candidate interviews, and negotiations.
Learning best practices in candidate sourcing, client relationship management, and sales techniques.
Becoming proficient in using the company's CRM system, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
Understanding industry-specific terminology and technologies.
Gaining exposure to the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to placement and follow-up.
