The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, excellent technical skills, and a passion for staying ahead of the latest fashion trends.Responsibilities:Research current fashion trends, market demands, and consumer preferences to identify new design concepts and opportunities.Collaborate with the design team to develop seasonal collections that reflect the brand's aesthetic and vision.Create sketches, mood boards, and design presentations to communicate your vision to the team and key stakeholders.Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications for sample production, including fabric selection, trims, and construction methods.Oversee the entire design process from concept development to final product, ensuring that designs are executed accurately and meet quality standards.Work closely with patternmakers, sample makers, and production teams to translate design concepts into tangible products.Conduct fittings and garment alterations to ensure the perfect fit and silhouette.Stay updated on emerging trends, materials, and techniques in the fashion industry through research, attending fashion shows, and networking with industry professionals.Provide creative input and guidance on styling, photo shoots, and brand visuals to ensure consistency and brand integrity.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns for new collections.
