We are a reputed Valuation Company specializing in the assessment of commercial and residential properties for clients availing bank loans. With tie-ups across 10 major banks, we are expanding our network and are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Executive to join our team.Role Responsibilities:Manage and grow relationships with existing banking partners.Identify, approach, and secure tie-ups with new banks and financial institutions.Coordinate between clients, banks, and the in-house valuation team for smooth execution.Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and business development interactions.Candidate Requirements:Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi (spoken and written).Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Experience in sales (preferably in real estate, banking, or valuations) is an advantage.Must own a 2-wheeler; petrol expenses will be provided.Should be comfortable traveling across the Virar to Churchgate belt (office located at Ambadi Road, Vasai West).Compensation:Salary Range: 15,000 to 30,000 per month (based on experience and capability).Incentives: High-performing candidates can earn incentives exceeding their fixed monthly salary, depending on the number of new bank tie-ups and business brought in.If you're looking for a field-oriented sales role with solid growth potential, this is your opportunity.

Track inventory cost and see if the cost is accurate. Ensure all the masters are correctly created and batch cost is accurate. Draw the existing Costing system and develop, implement and drive Index based Costing System. Work closely with R&D team, purchase team for cost optimization. Supply chain finance- efficiency trackers. Record, report, analysis & MIS of Product wise profitability Actual Costing, Variance analysis and identifying areas of improvement in operations Analyzing actual manufacturing costs & preparing periodic reports comparing standard cost to actual production cost Initiating & evaluating cost reduction ideas. Preparing MIS deck as per agreed timelines
