This ensures that the right items are delivered to the right customers, minimizing mistakes.- **Customer Interaction:** Engage with customers in a friendly manner upon delivery. Good communication will help build positive relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time of delivery and any issues encountered. This helps in tracking performance and resolving any delivery concerns.- **Vehicle Maintenance:** Ensure that the delivery vehicle is clean and in good working condition.
