Key Responsibilities
• Design and Planning: Create structural blueprints and layouts using computer-aided design (CAD) software while analyzing maps, survey reports, and geological data.
• Cost Estimation: Calculate project expenses, including materials, labor, and equipment, to ensure economic feasibility.
• Site Supervision: Monitor construction sites regularly to verify adherence to design specifications, quality controls, and safety laws.
• Regulatory Compliance: Submit permit applications and manage adherence to local, state, and federal environmental and zoning regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
