Production - planning, management, quality control, output, delivery schedules

Maintenance of plant and equipment & Procurement of raw materials and inputs (mostly imported)

Management of labor and staff including Stores management

Management of capital programs including specifications of machinery and procurement of the same

Development of budgets and plans

Development of new products and markets and the overall strategy of the company going forward
