KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Must have 2D or 3D drawing reading capabilities Determines labor needs to meet production goals Plans and organizes daily activities related to productions & Technical operations Solve challenging technical problems and provide efficient, cost-effective solutions. Supervise and coordinate with shop floor teams to ensure timely completion ofproduction targets. Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols duringfabrication and assembly processes. Coordinate with the design and planning team for drawing clarifications andmodifications. Maintain and optimize equipment and tools to ensure operational efficiency. Track material consumption and communicate with the procurement team toensure timely availability of raw materials. Prepare and maintain daily production reports, job cards, and status updates. Assist in testing, inspection, and installation of tanks/silos at client sites as needed. Liaise with the QC team to resolve any quality-related issues during or postproduction. Support new product development trials and provide technical feedback. Ensure all work complies with company standards, statutory regulations, and clientspecifications.4. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: B. Tech Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 - 5 years in water storage, tanks/silos, fabrication industry or similar inrole. Certifications in Auto CAD & SOLID Works or hands on experience. Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and externalstakeholders, including vendors and clients, regarding production updates andtechnical specifications. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, quality,procurement, and site execution to ensure smooth workflow and successful projectdelivery. Demonstrate excellent team collaboration by facilitating communication betweenshop floor workers, engineers, and management to align on production priorities. Encourage and maintain a safe and compliant working environment in line withcompany policy and legal requirements.

Managing entire RFQ management along with feasibility commitment with potential suppliers4. Performing techno commercial activities like costing on the basis of ZBC then negotiation & finalisation withsuppliers5. Cost Estimation ZBC of Components like Sheet metal/ Plastic/Rubber/ PDC/Sintered/Iron Casting /Machining/6. Fasteners/ Springs etc.7. Following up with vendors for regular supply and vendor visits on weekly basis regarding supply criticality8. Executing dept. budget controlling and forecasting, budget making for existing and new upcoming projects.9. Costing & Price negotiation. Managing of quotations from multiple vendors.10. Creating & Managing technical sound vendor base with enough capacity to ensure smooth production with optimuminventory levels as decided by the company.11. To work and manage product development projects , cost down project , cost saving project VA/VE, yield improvement incomponents.12. Technical development of new plastic parts / sheet metal., PLASTIC Raw material for Plastic injection moulding.13. Monitoring raw materials price. & planning the right sourcing qty at right times to save cost.14. Nagotiation of raw material , settle down & supply agreements with suppliers.15. Achieve Annual / quarterly cost reduction targets effectively.16. To work out the price impact of BOM and control of inventory level as per the MSL fixed by the company.17. Continuous evaluation and up-gradation of the suppliers on cost , materials & delivery.

The fabric is the primary raw material of a garment that cost 60-80% of total garment cost. So it is very important to handle fabric souring carefully in garment export house to meet the target cost. To handle fabric development, procurement and inventory management export houses set a department for fabric sourcing.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Engineer to join our team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of relevant experience and a diploma in engineering. Key Responsibilities:- **Design Development**: Create and develop detailed design solutions for engineering projects, ensuring they meet functionality and performance standards.- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production and quality assurance, to ensure designs can be efficiently manufactured and meet quality specifications.- **Technical Review**: Conduct thorough reviews of design concepts and make necessary revisions based on feedback, ensuring all designs are compliant with industry standards.- **Project Management**: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, monitoring timelines and ensuring milestones are met while adhering to budget constraints.- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of design specifications, changes, and approvals, providing comprehensive documentation for each project.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills in design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
