A Production Manager is a professional who oversees the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure enough resources on hand. They can plan workers' schedules, estimate costs and prepare budgets to ensure workflow meets required deadlines

His role to monitor production of SPM, projects and to make sure on time execution and to handle manpower like Fitters, Fabricators etc.He should be able to interact with the Internal team members and with the clients for smooth operations of the projects.

Knowledge of Robot Teaching and programming of KUKArobot, ABB robot and YASHKAWA MOTOMAN welding robot etc. Knowledge of sheet metal parts, mig & mag weldingparameters, spot resistance and projection resistance welding parameters and welding defects etc. Basic knowledge of PLC Maintenance. Man power handling and timely execution of production plan. Responsible for product /process audit as per control plan. Working on cycle time, planning to improve the production and reduce the possibility of rejection.
