Digital Marketing & Performance Create and execute data-driven marketing strategies. Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Ads, Google Ads, and performance campaigns. Build and optimize real estate sales funnels for high-quality lead generation. Track performance using GA4, SEMrush, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI, low CPL, and high conversion rates.2. Website Management Oversee company website design, structure, and user experience. Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, fast, and conversion-optimized. Coordinate with designers & content teams for landing pages and SEO updates.3. Team Leadership Lead and mentor designers, content writers, and digital marketing executives. Set goals, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Create a collaborative environment focused on creativity and results.4. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to align marketing goals. Manage external agencies and digital partners.
