Secure customer commitment by obtaining signed agreements and processing bookings. Estimate and communicate delivery timelines to the customer. Customer Relations:Establish rapport with customers, build trust, and ensure a positive experience. Maintain a professional demeanor and handle customer inquiries with patience and tact. Provide guidance on vehicle features, financing options, and other related services. Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Other Tasks:Update knowledge on new vehicle models, industry trends, and sales techniques. Maintain accurate sales records and reports. Contribute to the success of the dealership by achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
