Ensuring high levels of engagement for effective pre & post customer service.

Responsible for login of files and ensuring smooth processing of files using available digital methods Complete control of NPA and Collections / overdue cases sourced Maintenance of portfolio health by ensuring lend to collect culture is followed up to the last mile Liaison with and manages legal, technical, collection,

FI and RCU vendors Strong focus on post onboarding services, customer retention and audit management KEY SKILLS Understanding of mortgage related products and credit policies Regulatory,

legal and compliance Knowledge relating to the mortgage industry Thorough understanding of market landscape and competitors in the region Selling and negotiation skills Excellent relationship management skills Good articulation and communication skills
