Job Description

Engage with customers, understand their needs, and match them with appropriate vehicles.

Present vehicle features, benefits, and compare them with competitors.

Address customer queries and objections, potentially involving sales managers.

Promote value-added services (., financing, insurance).

Generate quotes based on customer requirements and available offers.

Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.

Secure customer commitment by obtaining signed agreements and processing bookings.

Estimate and communicate delivery timelines to the customer.

Customer Relations:

Establish rapport with customers, build trust, and ensure a positive experience.

Maintain a professional demeanor and handle customer inquiries with patience and tact.

Provide guidance on vehicle features, financing options, and other related services.

Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Other Tasks:

Update knowledge on new vehicle models, industry trends, and sales techniques.

Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Contribute to the success of the dealership by achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.

Skills and Qualities:

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong persuasive skills, negotiation techniques, and the ability to close sales effectively.

Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service, address concerns, and build long-term relationships.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures, discounts, and commissions.
