1. Supervise and manage die casting machine operators and floor workers2. Monitor daily production output and ensure targets are achieved3. Ensure proper setup and operation of die casting machines4. Maintain quality standards and reduce rejection/wastage5. Handle die changes, troubleshooting, and minor machine issues6. Coordinate with maintenance team for machine breakdowns7. Ensure proper use of raw materials and control material wastage8. Maintain production reports and documentation9. Ensure safety rules and PPE compliance on the shop floor10. Train new workers and guide team members for better performance11. Monitor furnace temperature and metal pouring process (if applicable)12. Improve productivity and suggest process improvementsRequired Skills:1. Knowledge of die casting machines (HPDC/LPDC)2. Understanding of moulds, dies, and casting defects3. Leadership and team handling skills4. Basic knowledge of quality control tools5. Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability6. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)
